1. Acceptance
By accessing or using OleaIndex ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2. Access and accounts
The Platform is currently offered to registered users at no charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid tiers in the future with reasonable notice. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
3. Use of data
Data published on OleaIndex is for reference only. See our Data Disclaimer for full limitations. You may not resell, republish, or redistribute OleaIndex data without prior written permission.
4. Contributor submissions
If you submit price data or market intelligence as a contributor, you confirm that your submission is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are authorised to share it. OleaIndex reserves the right to edit, reject, or remove any submission.
5. Intellectual property
The OleaIndex name, logo, composite index methodology, and website content are the intellectual property of OleaIndex. The Space Grotesk and IBM Plex font families are used under their respective open licences.
6. Limitation of liability
OleaIndex is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from your use of the Platform or reliance on its data.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Tunisia. Disputes shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of Tunis.
