The Spanish national average price for lampante olive oil, published weekly by the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food (MAPA) and republished here with its own bulletin date. Lampante cannot be sold as food until refined, so it trades below the edible grades and is watched as the floor of the market.
